Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full in advance to secure your booking. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.
Notice Period
A minimum notice period is required:
• Cupcakes: 2–3 days
• Celebration cakes: 4–5 days
Availability may vary depending on current orders.
Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of the products, orders are non-refundable within 48 hours of the agreed collection time. Cancellations made before this may be eligible for a partial refund at my discretion.
Changes to Orders
Changes may not be possible within 48 hours of collection. Please check all details carefully when ordering.
Collection
Collection times will be agreed in advance. Once the order has been collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Storage & Care
Cakes and cupcakes should be stored in a cool place or refrigerated as advised. Best consumed within 2–3 days. Bring to room temperature before serving for best flavour.
Allergens
Products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While care is taken, I cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
